4.CWT gives 100% relief from runny nose:
Due To Pollutants, Nasal Allergy &
Milder Common Colds!

Method of performing COLD WATER TREATMENT (CWT)

All visitors of this page are recommended to go through the previous web page: "Scientific explanation behind the remedy" and get acquainted with the details of performing CWT.

[NOTE:- Allergic rhinitis or allergic cold are same, whenever one of the name is mentioned, it also means the other name]

100% relief from Runny Nose Due To Pollutants!

Normal people (non-allergic people) may suffer from runny nose due to pollution. Regular CWT 8-12 times a day takes care of runny nose conditions caused by various types of irritants like: auto-smoke, various kinds of perfumes, old dust, etc. One should also avoid or minimise exposures to these kind of irritants. The details of CWT are available in the previous web page.

100% relief from Allergic Runny Nose!

Allergic people suffer from runny nose almost throughout the year. They are also more vulnerable to pollution. They can resort to CWT 8 to 12 times a day and enjoy 100% relief from runny nose!

IMP NOTE:- One should perform additional CWTs when runny nose problem appears after the exposure to allergens and irritants.

Association of CWT with acts of drinking water, etc.

In order to remove the burden of CWT frequency, one must associate CWT with the acts of drinking water, washing of face, brushing of teeth. etc. These frequent treatments should be done, irrespective of presence of irritation in the nose or not. In addition to this, CWT should be done whenever, nasal sensitization is felt. Entire process of CWT for both nasal cavities (twice for each nasal cavity in each CWT), takes less than half a minute. Number of incidences of nasal sensitization/sneezes will reduce dramatically by regular CWT. CWT is a milder and simpler treatment and therefore convenient to perform frequently.

Note: Water used for CWT should be hygienic!

Night Time Blues!

One should resort to CWT even if the nasal blockage occurs in the middle of the night. If the nasal congestion is due to thick mucus, one can get rid of it by stimulating few sneezes by a piece of clean paper instead of blowing nose hard. After this, he should resort to CWT. Nasal congestion due to tissue erection also subsides by CWT. One has to repeat CWT after 1/2 hour if needed to clear off nasal congestion. Please read about the nasal congestion that fans and air-conditioners create in the web page: Preventive measures!.

100% Relief From Milder Common Colds!

Normally, one suffers 2 times from severe common cold and 4 times from milder common cold in a year. Method of treatment for minor common colds is as follows.

If, the runny nose symptoms do not go while one is following 8 to 12 times of regular CWT, he should increase CWT frequency to 20 times or more a day. Don't worry, this is only for 2 or 3 days. Milder common cold will disappear with this increased frequency. They do not cause sore throat, fever and muscle and joints pain as in the case of severe common cold.

Nasal allergic people suffer most  even from these milder common colds, because of the overlapping of allergy with the milder common cold. Anyhow, it is a very good news for nasal allergic people as they can prevent runny nose both from nasal allergy and milder common colds by the increased frequency of  CWT.

In the next web page, you will come across the details of severe common cold and the treatments to deal with it.

Genuine & Quick relief from CWT!

Those people who are resorting to CWT regularly will notice that the number of times they sneeze is very much less as compared to other people who are not using CWT. CWT provides 100% relief from both nasal allergy and milder common colds. Most of the users of CWT will get relief in two days time from nasal allergy. Prevention of runny nose, also means, prevention of secondary complications like: frequent thick mucus formation, headaches, otitis, sinusitis, chain sneezing, nasal polyps, eustachian tube infection, sore throat, adenoiditis, tonsillitis, inflammation of lymph nodes of neck, etc.

FAQ

1. What should I do if I can't suck the water into my nasal cavity because of congestion? I tried blowing my nose before sucking, but my nasal cavity remains so stuffed I can't suck or draw water through it.

Ans: Just keep the anterior portion of the nasal cavity dipped in cold water in your palm for 5 to 10 seconds, repeat this process twice or thrice at the intervals of 10-15 minutes (if the particular nasal cavity does not clear up in the first attempt). This procedure should facilitate sucking of cold water as the tissue erection/inflammation subsides.

If the blockage is due to thick mucus, stimulate few sneezes by using a clean piece of paper to get rid of it and then resort to CWT. Please also read about COLD WATER PLUS TREATMENT, in the web page: "90 % relief from runny nose due to severe common cold" .
